29 September 2023: Reference is made to the announcement made on 31 August 2023
by Lumi Gruppen regarding the amendment of bank financing terms as result of the
change of control event. 

The company has together with its bank agreed to extend the Longstop Date
further from 30 September 2023 to 16 October 2023. 

The Company is now with this extension obliged to agree on new financing terms
no later than 16 October 2023. The Company expects to announce any key changes
to the bank financing agreements' terms and margins prior to this date. Should
an agreement not be forthcoming, a non-compliance fee of 2.00% of total
commitments (amounting to approx. NOK 7,800,000) will be due and the terms of
the existing bank financing agreement will prevail.
