Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by M Vest Water AS (the "Company") on 23 April 2024 regarding the successfully placed private placement of 2,500,000 new shares in the Company, each at a subscription price of NOK 8.00 (the "Offer Price") (the "Private Placement"). Further, reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by the Company 25 April 2024 regarding the share lending agreement between M Vest Invest AS and Fearnleys Securities AS (the "Manager"), pursuant to which the Manager borrowed 2,049,668 shares in the Company held by M Vest Invest AS (the "Shares") for settlement purposes in the Private Placement. 

Following the registration of the share capital increase as announced earlier today, 8 May 2024, the shares pertaining to the Private Placement have been issued, and the Manager has delivered the borrowed Shares back to M Vest Invest AS. 

Thereby, M Vest Invest AS, a closely associated company to Tor Olav Gabrielsen, the chairperson of the Company's board of directors, today, 8 May 2024, received the 2,049,668 Shares borrowed by the Manager. As a result, M Vest Invest AS now holds 11,062,216 shares in the Company.
