Bergen, Norway, 1 February 2024. M Vest Water (the “company”) has in accordance with the Company’s Long Term Incentive program, allocated 585,000 share options to executive management and key employees. This in line with the terms adopted by the Annual General Meeting of M Vest Water. A total of 240,000 share options have been granted to the following primary insiders: • Atle Mundheim (Chief Technical Officer) has been granted 100,000 share options. Following the grant, Mundheim holds 180,000 share options in M Vest Water. • Morten Hilton Thomassen (Chief Financial Officer) has been granted 100,000 share options. Following the grant, Thomassen holds 170,000 share options in M Vest Water. • Marita Amanda Høidal (Quality- & Finance Manager) has been granted 40,000 share options. Following the grant, Høidal holds 40,000 share options in M Vest Water. Each option, when exercised, gives the right to subscribe for one share in the Company. The Options granted shall vest with 1/3 upon the first anniversary of the grant date (31.1.2025), 1/3 on the second anniversary of the grant date (31.1.2026) and 1/3 on the third anniversary of the grant date (31.1.2027). Each Option expires on the third anniversary of its vesting date. The strike price of the option was set to NOK 8.70 per share option, based on the closing price of 31 January 2024. Following the grant, the total number of outstanding options in the company is 935,000.
