Bergen, 8 May 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by M
Vest Water AS (the "Company") on 23 April 2024 regarding the successfully placed
private placement of 2,500,000 new shares in the Company, each at a subscription
price of NOK 8.00 (the "Offer Price") (the "Private Placement"), and the
conversion of a shareholder loan into additional 1,017,827 new shares in the
Company at a price per share equal to the Offer Price (the "Conversion Shares").
The share capital increases pertaining to the Private Placement and the
Conversion Shares, are now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK
74,482.8779868316 (registered as 74,482.88), divided into 32,717,827 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.002276522765.
