Bergen, Norway, March 1, 2024 – M Vest Water (EURONEXT: MVW) today announces that it has entered into an agreement with Peter. W. Thielemann GmbH (PWT) for the distribution and sale of NORWAFLOC® in North Germany. The duration will be a minimum of 5 years.

The cooperation and distribution of NORWAFLOC® will be exclusive in the segment Municipal Wastewater and Sludge treatment in the regions Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Bremen, and Hamburg. In the same regions, Peter W. Thielemann GmbH will non-exclusively distribute and sell NORWAFLOC® and NORWAPOL® in the general food and beverage, agricultural, industrial wastewater, and sludge treatment markets.

PWT was founded in 1958 and has a proud tradition of trading in chemicals. PWT is a major supplier of water and sludge treatment chemicals in the mentioned regions in Germany and the leading supplier of ferric coagulants in Northern Germany. The filling, mixing and storage of solid and liquid chemicals, are part of PWT 's permanent portfolio. PWT has been a major sales company of coagulants based on iron and aluminum salts in North Germany for decades. Together with its partners, such as suppliers, analytical laboratories, shipping, and logistics partners, PWT has a broad and reliable network.
