Magnora Data Center ASA: Completion of transaction in joint venture for the Risti data center project

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 16 September 2026
about Magnora Data Center ASA having agreed with Sunly AS to jointly develop up
to 400 MW data center in Risti. The related transaction is to acquire a 50%
interest in the Risti Kampus OÜ joint venture.

The transaction is today completed.

The joint development of the project is already established and ongoing. This
includes a four-person Board of Risti Kampus OÜ elected, project plan being
detailed further, permitting work, supplier dialogues, and other development
activities.
