Erling Magnus Solheim, VP Business Development in Magnora ASA, has purchased
1,075 shares in Magnora ASA today 18 March 2025 at an average price of NOK 23,25
per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Solheim controls 1,075 shares in Magnora ASA,
which equals 0.002 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
