MEDI: Notice of Annual General Meeting in Medistim ASA

(Oslo, 29th of March 2021) Medistim ASA (OSE: MEDI), a niche market leader
within ultrasound technology with headquarters in Norway, that develops and
commercializes medical equipment for use within cardiac, vascular and transplant
surgery, announces the Annual General Meeting for the company.
The Annual General Meeting will take place on the 27th of April 2021 at 10.00
and is held at Medistim's offices at Økernveien 94 in Oslo. Attached are the
agenda for the meeting, the voting form and the annual report for 2020.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, a physical general meeting cannot be held.
Instead, shareholders should authorize the Chairman of the Board. It is possible
to give proxy with and without voting instructions. By using a proxy with voting
instructions, the shareholders will vote on the specific issues without personal
attendance. For further information on the use of proxy, see general information
at the bottom of the notice and enclosed proxy forms.
Attached is also the annual report for 2020 for Medistim ASA. The report will
