Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved
amendments to the following offer set out in offer document dated 30 March 2023
in respect of:
Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Meltwater N.V. made by MW Investment
B.V.
The amendments relates to extension of the acceptance period and the right to
amend the offer price.
Offer price: The offer price of NOK 18 per share is final and cannot be
increased. Consideration alternatives: (i) NOK 18 per share in cash, (ii) one
ordinary share B in MW Investment B.V. per share, or (iii) a combination of 50%
cash consideration and 50% share consideration.
Acceptance period, as extended: to 11 May 2023 at 17:00 (CEST) (subject to
extension, but not beyond 9 June 2023).
