amendments to the following offer set out in offer document dated 30 March 2023
in respect of:
Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Meltwater N.V. made by MW Investment
B.V.
The amendment relates to extension of the acceptance period.
Acceptance period, as extended: to 22 May 2023 at 16:30 (CEST) (subject to
extension, but not beyond 9 June 2023).
