Oslo, 26 April 2023: Meltwater N.V. has today published its Annual Report for
2022. The Annual Report for 2022 is attached to this notice and will also be
made available on the company's website, www.meltwater.com, under "Investor
Relations."

The company also publishes its annual financial statements in European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this release.

The Company is providing a preliminary and unaudited update on Q1 2023 in
advanced of the company's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 2nd 2023. 

Revenues for the first quarter of 2023 are expected to be approximately $111m, a
2% increase year-over-year. On a constant currency basis, revenues increased 5%
year-over-year. At the end of the first quarter 2023, ARR is expected to be
approximately $460m using 2022 weighted averaged FX rates, a 7% increase
year-over-year. ARR in the first quarter of 2022 using 2022 weighted average FX
was $431m.
