Oslo, March 22nd 2022: The Chief Financial Officer Fredrik Eeg and Chief
Commercial Officer Lars Vangen Jordet of Mercell Holding ASA will step down from
their roles in the Mercell Group. They have both contributed to positioning
Mercell as the clear market leader in the Nordics and the Netherlands, and will
now pursue other opportunities.

Effective immediately, Erik Hokholt will assume the role as interim CFO for the
Mercell Group while Werner Risberg will take on the role as interim CCO. The
Company has initiated
a recruitment process to find permanent successors.

(CFO) Erik Hokholt has more than 25 years of experience working as a Finance
director, CFO and C-level in private and public companies, including 5 years as
CFO in Dolphin Group and 2 years as CFO in Wavefield Inseis ASA. He also spent 6
years as MD of Økonomi and Regnskapsbistand AS. He has extensive experience
related to international operations and management. Erik holds a Bachelor in
Auditing and a Masters in Audit and Accounting (Statsautorisert revisor). 

(CCO) Werner Risberg has more than 25 years of experience in the Software
industry, initially joining Mamut in its startup phase. He played a central role
building the company from 5 to 500 employees, mostly as sales and marketing
executive. Further experience comes from the role as EVP Global Sales in Induct
Software and most recently as Sales Director at Kahoot. Werner holds a Master in
Marketing.
