Mercell Announces Closing of Acquisition of Visma Commerce
Oslo, December 10, 2020 - Reference is made to the announcement made on November
25, 2020 by Mercell Holding AS ("Mercell", ticker: MRCEL) concerning the
acquisition of Visma Commerce AB and Visma Commerce AS (jointly, "Visma
Commerce"). Mercell is pleased to announce that it on December 10, 2020
completed the acquisition of Visma Commerce. The acquisition represents a major
step forward in Mercell's strategy to become the leading European provider of
public e-tendering and e-procurement software.
