Stavanger, 14 February 2025:
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Moreld AS
("Moreld") earlier today regarding the publishing of the financial results for
the fourth quarter of 2024, the new dividend policy, and an intention to propose
a dividend distribution. As set out in the announcement, the board of directors
of Moreld intends to propose to the annual general meeting of Moreld, expected
to be held on 20 May 2025, to resolve an initial dividend distribution in the
amount of NOK 0.42 per share for the second quarter of 2025, in total approx. 75
million.
The dates relevant for the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:
Dividend amount: NOK 0.42 per share
Announced currency: NOK
Last day including right: 20 May 2025
Ex-date: 21 May 2025
Record date: 22 May 2025
Payment date: On or about 26 May 2025
Date of approval: 20 May 2025
The distribution shall constitute a repayment of paid-in capital by the
shareholders of Moreld.
