Moreld ASA: Appointment of CEO for Moreld Apply

Stavanger, 30 June 2026: Moreld ASA has appointed Henrik Melsom as Chief
Executive Officer of its subsidiary Moreld Apply.

Melsom currently serves as Managing Director of Wood Norway and brings
extensive experience from the oil and gas and energy service industry,
including previous leadership and operational roles in Wood Norway and Aker
Solutions.

The appointment follows a comprehensive search process, where both internal
and external candidates were assessed. Following an overall evaluation of
experience, competence and strategic fit, the company concluded that Melsom
was the strongest candidate.

Melsom will assume the position latest January 1st, 2027. As previously
communicated, Karsten Gudmundset will step down after more than ten years as
CEO and will remain in his role until Melsom assumes the position.
