Øyvind Oanes (CEO), has been allocated 462,980 share options based on an option
value of NOK 1.81. Following the transaction Øyvind Oanes and close associates
hold 452,272 shares, 462,980 share options and 1,250,000 warrants in Morrow Bank
ASA.

Eirik Holtedahl (CFO), has been allocated 272,001 share options based on an
option value of NOK 1.81. Following the transaction Eirik Holtedahl and close
associates hold 2,642,107 shares, 286,964 share options and 800,000 warrants in
Morrow Bank ASA.

Annika Ramstedt (CRO), has been allocated 318,240 share options based on an
option value of NOK 1.58. Following the transaction Annika Ramstedt and close
associates hold 170,792 shares, 602,391 share options and 800,000 warrants in
Morrow Bank ASA.

Tony Rogne (CCO), has been allocated 231,490 share options based on an option
value of NOK 1.81. Following the transaction Tony Rogne and close associates
hold 231,490 share options and 800,000 warrants in Morrow Bank ASA.

Wilhelm B. Thomassen (COO), has been allocated 272,001 share options based on an
option value of NOK 1.81. Following the transaction Wilhelm B. Thomassen and
close associates hold 2,108,455 shares, 499,233 share options and 800,000
warrants in Morrow Bank ASA.

The strike price is set to yesterday's end-of-day intraday price, NOK 9.12 per
share option, and the options will cliff vest two years after the grant date.
The option value is established based on full market value calculated using
observed trading prices and Black and Scholes's option pricing model, including
an element of social security tax. As the social security tax rate in Sweden is
higher, option value is different between primary insiders. Each option is
issued with Morrow Bank ASA as issuer and provides the holder with a right to
subscribe one share.
