Multiconsult (OSE: MULTI)
Multiconsult Norge AS has been nominated for a contract to enhance railway
capacity of Vossebanen and Bergensbanen lines.The project involves a range of
tasks aimed at improving efficiency and capacity between Voss and Myrdal,
including:

  · New passing tracks: Planned at Ygre and Vieren stations.
  · Passing track extensions: Planned at Urdland and Mjølfjell stations.
  · Further options include a passing track project at Ustaoset, technical
detailed plans, zoning plans for one or more passing tracks, and capacity
assessments to document the impacts of the measures.

To accommodate potential uncertainties and facilitate swift transitions to
construction planning, options for detailed construction planning and technical
specifications for total contracts are also included in the agreement.

The announced value of the agreement is approximately NOK 81.5 million,
excluding VAT. The nomination is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid),
which expires on 16 January 2025.

Further options are subject to future budget approvals. The master plans are
scheduled for 2025, with technical detailed plans commencing in 2026 and beyond.
Subject to budget approvals, actual construction is expected to take place
between 2029 and 2032.
