Klaus Skovrup appointed CFO of Napatech

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 11 December 2025 – Napatech A/S (Napatech, OSE: NAPA) today announces the appointment of Klaus H. Skovrup as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 2 February 2026. “We are pleased to welcome Klaus H. Skovrup as the new CFO of Napatech. Klaus brings extensive experience from executive positions in finance, investor relations and strategy in international companies driving digital transformation and growth. Klaus Skovrup joins Napatech from the position as CFO of LanguageWire, a global provider of digital language solutions. He previously served ten years at the Novo Nordisk spin-out NNIT, a Danish publicly listed IT services and consulting company. At NNIT, Klaus had several leadership positions, including, Vice President Finance, Head of Strategy and Head of IR. Klaus started his career in Novo Nordisk, where he held various positions within finance.
