Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published on 29 March 2021
regarding the completion of the voluntary offer (the "Offer") by Compagnie des
Levures Lesaffre ("Lesaffre" or the "Offeror") to acquire all the shares in
NattoPharma ASA ("NattoPharma") and the issue of the 1,200,850 outstanding
option shares in the Company (the "Company Options").

Lesaffre has today settled the Company Options. Following completion of the
settlement, there are no outstanding share options or rights to shares in the
Company.

Lesaffre will initiate a mandatory offer for the remaining outstanding shares of
NattoPharma in accordance with applicable laws.

Rothschild is acting as financial adviser to the Offeror and Nordea Bank Abp,
filial i Norge, is acting as receiving agent. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS is
acting as the Norwegian legal adviser, and Linklaters is acting as the French
legal adviser, to the Offeror in connection with the Offer.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA is acting as financial adviser and Advokatfirmaet CLP DA
is acting as Norwegian legal adviser to NattoPharma.
