Oslo, 8 July 2020: Reference is made to Navamedic ASA's (the "Company") stock
exchange announcement published on 10 June 2020 regarding the board of
directors' resolution to increase the Company's share capital in connection with
the completion of an exercise period for vested shares under the Company's 2018
option program. 

The share capital increase pertaining to the exercise period has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 11,223,494.90,
divided into 15,166,885 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.74.

Following the registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (the VPS), which is expected to take place today, on 8 July 2020, the
new shares will be delivered to the subscribers and listed on the Oslo Stock
Exchange.
