Hjarrand, today has entered into an agreement whereby Hjarrand will step down as
CFO of the Company to pursue new opportunities outside the Company. Director of
Group Accounting, Pål Zimmermann Vonen will assume the role as acting CFO until
a new permanent CFO has been appointed.
