Oslo, 17 October 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (the "Company", OSE ticker NEXT) on 16 October 2024
regarding the successful private placement of 5,500,000 new shares in the
Company, raising gross proceeds of NOK 40,150,000 (the "Private Placement").
The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 115,154,535,
divided into 115,154,535 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
