Reference is made to the stock exchange release made 4 March 2019 and offer
document dated 4 March 2019 (the "Offer Document") regarding Telecom Holding 3
AS' voluntary cash offer (the "Offer") to acquire the entire issued share
capital of NextGenTel Holding ASA ("NextGenTel").

The offer period for the Offer will expire today, 25 March 2019 at 17:00 (CET).
As previously reported, the board of NextGenTel has recommended its shareholders
to accept the Offer. The complete board recommendation is included in the Offer
Document. 

The completion of the Offer remains subject to satisfaction of the closing
conditions, including a minimum acceptance of more than 90% of the shares on a
fully diluted basis as further described in the Offer Document. Under the terms
of the Offer Document, Telecom Holding 3 AS does not have the right to waive the
90% acceptance conditions or to increase the offer price above NOK 14.

Shareholders in NextGenTel who wish to accept the Offer must complete and sign
an acceptance form and return it to DNB Markets in time for the acceptance form
to be received before the expiry of the offer period:
