governance initiatives implemented at Norcod. It reflects our ongoing commitment

Key highlights include:
o Carbon reduction target of 50% per kg edible yield by 2030, compared to the
2023 base case.
o Successfully decreased feed conversion ratio by 35% in Q3-Q4 2023.
o Production sites received best scores for benthic conditions below and
surrounding the facilities.
o 100% of the feed ingredients utilized were certified through renowned
certification schemes.
o All production sites were certified through GLOBALG.A.P.
o Norcod Group contributed 58.2 million NOK to society.
