Sandvika, 9 November 2023: Reference is made to the announcement by Norconsult
ASA (the "Company", OSE ticker "NORCO") on 31 October 2023, regarding the
applications by primary insiders and close associates in the initial public
offering of shares in the Company (the "Offering") and the notice on 8 November
2023 regarding the successful completion of the book building of the Offering.

The following primary insiders of the Company and close associates of primary
insiders have today been allocated the following number of offer shares in the
Offering in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the prospectus
for the Company dated 27 October 2023 (the "Prospectus"):

1. Nils Morten Huseby, chair of the board, has been allocated 52,631 shares for
a total consideration of NOK 999,989, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

2. Mari Thjømøe, deputy chair of the board, has through Thjømøekranen AS been
allocated 21,052 shares for a total consideration of NOK 399,988, at a price of
NOK 19 per share.

3. Anne Jenny Bergseth, board member, has been allocated 17,368 shares for a
total consideration of NOK 329,992, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

4. Anni Ulfendahl, board member, has been allocated 9,211 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 175,009, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

5. Helge Hesjedal Wiberg, board member, has been allocated 5,263 shares for a
total consideration of NOK 99,997, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

6. Lars-Petter Nesvåg, board member, has been allocated 23,684 shares for a
total consideration of NOK 449,996, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

7. Vibecke Hverven, board member, has through Base Rådgivning AS been allocated
52,631 shares for a total consideration of NOK 999,989, at a price of NOK 19 per
share.

8. Erlend Haugland Næs, deputy board member, has been allocated 5,263 shares for
a total consideration of NOK 99,997, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

9. Kjell Selfors Nilsen, deputy board member, has been allocated 5,263 shares
for a total consideration of NOK 99,997, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

10. Sigri Rosø Pladsen, deputy board member, has been allocated 552 shares for a
total consideration of NOK 10,488, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

11. Egil Hogna, President and CEO, has been allocated 52,631 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 999,989, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

12. Bård Sverre Hernes, EVP Norway, Head Office, has been allocated 52,631
shares for a total consideration of NOK 999,989, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

13. Janicke Garmann, EVP Sustainability and Staff, has been allocated 52,631
shares for a total consideration of NOK 999,989, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

14. Kathrine Duun Moen, EVP Technogarden and Digitalisation, has been allocated
52,631 shares for a total consideration of NOK 999,989, at a price of NOK 19 per
share.

15. Sylvia Teige, Director Group Finance, has been allocated 26,315 shares for a
total consideration of NOK 499,985, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

16. Sverre Hødnebø, General Counsel, has been allocated 5,263 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 99,997, at a price of NOK 19 per share.


The following primary insiders of the Company and close associates of primary
insiders have today sold the following number of offer shares in the Offering in
accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Prospectus:

1. Anne Jenny Bergseth, board member, has sold 5,012 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 95,228, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

2. Anni Ulfendahl, board member, has sold 6,250 shares for a total consideration
of NOK 118,750, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

3. Helge Hesjedal Wiberg, board member, has sold 11,625 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 220,875, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

4. Harald Trosvik, board member, has through NC-Ansattes Holding AS sold 120,000
shares for a total consideration of NOK 2,280,000, at a price of NOK 19 per
share.

5. Lars-Petter Nesvåg, board member, has sold 282,500 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 5,367,500, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

6. Erlend Haugland Næs, deputy board member, has sold 45,581 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 866,039, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

7. Kjell Selfors Nilsen, deputy board member, has sold 40,000 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 760,000, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

8. Birgitte Lunde Hartmann, board member, has sold 18,725 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 355,775, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

9. Sverre Eide Holst, board member, has through NC-Ansattes Holding AS sold
119,725 shares for a total consideration of NOK 2,274,775, at a price of NOK 19
per share.

10. Anna Bolneset, board member, has sold 14,725 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 279,775, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

11. Egil Hogna, President and CEO, has through NC-Ansattes Holding AS sold
579,700 shares for a total consideration of NOK 11,014,300, at a price of NOK 19
per share.

12. Dag Fladby, CFO, has sold 90,000 shares for a total consideration of NOK
1,710,000, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

13. Bård Sverre Hernes, EVP Norway, Head Office, has through NC-Ansattes Holding
AS sold 686,825 shares for a total consideration of NOK 13,049,675, at a price
of NOK 19 per share.

14. Janicke Garmann, EVP Sustainability and Staff, has sold 375,000 shares for a
total consideration of NOK 7,125,000, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

15. Hege Njå Bjørkmann, EVP Communication and Brand, has through NC-Ansattes
Holding AS sold 60,000 shares for a total consideration of NOK 1,140,000, at a
price of NOK 19 per share.

16. Vegard Jacobsen, EVP Norway, Regions, has through NC-Ansattes Holding AS
sold 207,500 shares for a total consideration of NOK 3,942,500, at a price of
NOK 19 per share.

17. Sten-Ole Nilsen, EVP Renewable Energy, has through NC-Ansattes Holding AS
sold 314,525 shares for a total consideration of NOK 5,975,975, at a price of
NOK 19 per share.

18. Farah Al-Aieshy, EVP Sweden, has sold 87,500 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 1,662,500, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

19. Thomas Bolding Rasmussen, EVP Denmark, has sold 150,000 shares for a total
consideration of NOK 2,850,000, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

20. Kathrine Duun Moen, EVP Technogarden and Digitalisation, has sold 25,000
shares for a total consideration of NOK 475,000, at a price of NOK 19 per share.

21. Sylvia Teige, Director Group Finance, has through NC-Ansattes Holding AS
sold 51,337 shares for a total consideration of NOK 975,403, at a price of NOK
19 per share.


Please see attached primary insider notification forms for the above-mentioned
transactions.

As a result of the above, NC-Ansattes Holding AS, an interim holding company for
214 employee shareholders established as part of a reorganisation process to
facilitate indirect shareholding ownership for such shareholders, has reduced
its shareholding from 98,943,600 shares to 65,675,058 shares, corresponding to
approximately 21.15% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
