Sandvika, 26 August 2024 (OSE: NORCO): Kjell Selfors Nilsen, deputy board member
in Norconsult ASA (the "Company"), has on 23 May 2024 sold 3,000 shares in the
Company at an average price of NOK 30.92 per share. The shares were sold over
the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, Kjell Selfors Nilsen, holds
a total number of 104,575 shares in the Company.
