Svend Egil Larsen, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Nordic Financials ASA, has
today through his wholly owned company Selaco AS, purchased 1,272 shares in
Nordic Financials ASA at a price of NOK 1.25 per share. Following this
transaction, Selaco AS owns 2,761,272 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
