The rights issue consists of an issuance of a minimum of 500 million and a
maximum of 1 billion new shares. The rights issue is not guaranteed. If the
minimum number of shares is not subscribed, the issue will not be completed, and
the subscription rights will lapse without compensation to the holder. Reference
is made to the prospectus dated 18 March 2025 section 7.4 for more information
on the company's working capital and the implications for the company if the
rights issue is not completed.
