Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 5 December
2023 by Nordic Halibut AS ("Nordic Halibut" or the "Company") regarding a
completed private placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares in the
Company.
Based on the allocation in the Private Placement, the combined ownership stake
of Kontrari AS and Kontrazi AS, companies both controlled by Frode Teigen and
his close associates, will upon completion of the Private Placement be
19,067,688 shares, corresponding to 49,1% of the total outstanding shares and
voting rights in the Company.
