Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 22 January
2025 by Nordic Halibut AS ("Nordic Halibut" or the "Company") regarding a
completed private placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares in the
Company.

Following completion of the Private Placement and issuance of the new shares
pertaining to the Private Placement, the combined shareholding of Kontrari AS,
Kontrazi AS and Tamarillo Invest AS, companies controlled by Frode Teigen, will
be 26,774,626 shares, corresponding to 50.18% of the total outstanding shares
and voting rights in the Company.

This information has been announced in accordance with the Euronext Growth Oslo
Rulebook.
