Nordic Mining ASA: Disclosure of large shareholdings

Førde, 30th of June 2026 

Fjordavegen Holding AS ("Fjordavegen") has today sold 1,100,000 shares in Nordic
Mining ASA (the "Company") at an average price of 7.02 NOK per share. Prior to
the sale, Fjordavegen owned 12,510,156 shares, equalling 10.00% of the total
share capital and voting rights in the Company. Following the sale, Fjordavegen
has 11,410,156 shares remaining in the Company, equalling 9.12% of the total
share capital and voting rights. 

The transaction is driven by the exit of minority shareholders in Fjordavegen
and does not reflect a change in view from its principal owners. The remaining
shareholders in Fjordavegen remain supportive shareholders of Nordic Mining.
