Following the market close on October 21, 2020, employees in Nordic
Semiconductor ASA have exercised 562 949 options in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.

The options contracts were granted to employees with a strike price of NOK 35.77
and a "cap" of NOK 107.31 (upon cash settlement).

Upon exercise, the company has the right to settle its option contracts in cash
by paying the difference between the share price and the strike price, with a
maximum settlement fee equal to the difference between the NOK 107.31 "cap" and
the strike price of NOK 35.77 (or NOK 71.54 per option).

Based on the current share price, the Board has authorized the company to
exercise its right to settle its options contracts in cash by paying the
difference between the NOK 107.31 "cap" and the strike price of NOK 35.77.

This options settlement will result in a cash payment of NOK 40,273,372 (USD
4.378 million) to those employees who have exercised options. All expenses
related to the options exercise have already been recognized in previous
quarters, and the options settlement has no net impact on the operating expenses
of the company in the current or future quarters.

Chief Executive Officer, Svenn-Tore Larsen, has exercised 65,575 share options
with a "cap" of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 1,905,400 shares
and 165,738 share options, 10,621 RSUs and 24,057 performance shares in the
Company.

Chief Financial Officer, Pål Elstad, has exercised 43,804 share options with a
"cap" of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 8,846 shares and
109,445 share options, 6,345 RSUs and 12,747 performance shares in the Company.

Chief Technology Officer, Svein-Egil Nielsen, has exercised 43,804 share options
with a "cap" of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 17,000 shares
and 70,144 share options, 7,172 RSUs and 14,794 performance shares in the
Company.

Sales and Marketing Director, Geir Langeland, has exercised 43,804 share options
with a "cap" of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 177,700 shares
and 110,571 share options, 6,621 RSUs and 13,328 performance shares in the
Company.

Supply Chain Director, Ole Fredrik Morken, has exercised 43,804 share options
with a "cap" of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 180,000 shares
and 85,505 share options, 5,241 RSUs and 10,576 performance shares in the
Company.

Quality Director, Ebbe Rømcke, has exercised 21,771 share options with a "cap"
of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 68,900 shares and 36,761
share options, 4,276 RSUs and 8,544 performance shares in the Company.

Investor Relations Director, Ståle Ytterdal, has exercised 17,506 share options
with a "cap" of NOK 107.31 Following this transaction, he holds 244,000 shares
