Exercise of employee share options in Nordic Semiconductor ASA ("the Company").
Employees in Nordic Semiconductor have on 22 April 2020 exercised 228 624
options. The options had an average strike price of NOK 39.18. Each share option
corresponds to one share.
The underlying shares have been provided by sale of the Company’s holding of
treasury shares. Subsequent to the transaction Nordic Semiconductor holds 3 225
936 own shares. The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK
56.04 per share.
