Reference made to the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) approving that part of
the Directors' remuneration for 2024 should be paid in shares in the Company. As
approved by the AGM, the share-based part of the compensation for 2024 is paid
after the AGM in 2024, and the number of shares is based on the tax adjusted
amount due in NOK (NOK 184,906 for ordinary board members and NOK 523,388 to the
chair minus tax), divided by the share price at closing on the day of the AGM
2024.  

Based on the closing price on April 24, 2024 of NOK 121.00, a total of 6,746
shares have been transferred to the Board Members. 

Please see attached notifications for persons discharging managerial
responsibilities in Nordic Semiconductor ASA in accordance with Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19. The underlying shares have been provided by transfer
of the Company's holding of treasury shares. 

Subsequent to the transaction Nordic Semiconductor holds a total of 833,674
treasury shares in addition to 69,520 shares set aside for shareholders of
Mobile Semiconductor Inc. 

Birger Steen, Chair of the Board, was allocated 2,162 shares. Following the
allocation, Birger owns a total of 220,907 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.  

Inger Berg Ørstavik, Board Member, was allocated 764 shares. Following the
allocation, Inger owns a total of 7,283 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.  

Anita Huun, Board Member, was allocated 764 shares. Following the allocation,
Anita owns a total of 14,683 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.  

Annastiina Hintsa, Board Member, was allocated 764 shares. Following the
allocation, Annastiina owns a total of 5,683 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.
 

Snorre Kjesbu, Board Member, was allocated 764 shares. Following the allocation,
Snorre owns a total of 7,425 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.  

Dieter May, Board Member, was allocated 764 shares. Following the allocation,
Dieter owns a total of 4,764 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.  

Helmut Gassel, Board Member, was allocated 764 shares. Following the allocation,
Helmut owns a total of 764 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA.
