(Oslo, Norway - October 29, 2025) Nordic Semiconductor ASA reports revenue of
USD 179 million for the third quarter 2025, an increase of 13% from the third
quarter 2024 and up 9% from the previous quarter. Gross margin was 52% in the
third quarter and reported EBITDA USD 16 million. Adjusted EBITDA was USD 18
million when adding back share-based compensation related to the acquisition of
Memfault.
 
Short-range revenue increased by 7% year-on-year, and the revenue growth was
supported by almost a fourfold increase in Long-range revenue.

across all main verticals and from both larger key customers and in the broad

-We continue to launch new product versions in our new nRF54 Series which we
expect will support our revenue growth from 2026 onwards. We also see higher
contribution from Long-range, with a positive impact from cloud services after
the acquisition of Memfault, says CEO Vegard Wollan in Nordic Semiconductor.
 
The company completed the strategic acquisition of Memfault and the purchase of
the IP and assets of Neuton.ai during the third quarter and successfully raised
net USD 103 million of new equity to fund the acquisitions. 

Based on current customer orders, forecasts and acquired business, Nordic
expects revenue for the fourth quarter 2025 of USD 155-175 million.
 
Gross margin was 52% in the third quarter 2025 and is expected to remain above
50% in the fourth quarter. Nordic reiterates its long-term ambition to maintain
a gross margin level above 50%.
