Oslo, 13 April 2023

Nordic Technology Group AS ("NTG") has undertaken to subscribe for shares in
CrayoNano AS ("CrayoNano") in its contemplated approx. NOK 100 - 150 million
range private placement (the "Private Placement"). The minimum deal size of the
Private Placement has been met, as further set out in today's announcement by
CrayoNano on Euronext NOTC. Prior to the execution of the Private Placement, NTG
holds 14.6% of the outstanding share capital in CrayoNano. 

Earlier this year NTG, together with certain other existing shareholders,
provided CrayoNano with a bridge loan, with a current outstanding amount,
including accrued interests, of approximately NOK 28.05 million, of which NOK
15.3 million is attributable to NTG (the "Conversion Amount"). NTG has
undertaken to subscribe for shares in the Private Placement by converting the
full Conversion Amount into new shares in CrayoNano at the subscription price,
to be finally determined though the ongoing bookbuilding process, in addition to
further supporting the Private Placement. NTG has furthermore entered into a
lock-up undertaking in which NTG commits not to divest its shares in CrayoNano
for a period of 12 months, subject customary exemptions.

NTG, in its capacity as major shareholder of CrayoNano, has provided an
indemnity undertaking to the managers in the Private Placement, for which NTG is
entitled to receive a commission of 2% of the size of the Private Placement.

The shares of CrayoNano are registered on Euronext NOTC under the ticker
"CNANO". The board of directors of CrayoNano has in connection with the Private
Placement, resolved to pursue an admission on Euronext Growth Oslo within the
next 12 months.
