An annual general meeting of Nordic Unmanned ASA (OSE: NUMND) was held today on
28 June 2024 at 10:00 hours (CEST). Please see attached a copy of the minutes
from the annual general meeting. All items were resolved in accordance with the
notice of the annual general meeting.
