Norsk Renewables: Changes to the Board of Directors
Oslo, 8th of February 2024
Norsk Renewables AS has received resignations from a Member of the Board of
Directors, Nils Petter Skaset, effective 08th of February 2024
A new Member of the Board of Directors will be appointed in the General
Assembly. 

Mr. Skaset has served as a valued Member of our Board of Directors since 2021,
contributing significant insights and expertise to the company`s growth and
development. While Norsk Renewables respects his decision, we want to take the
opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for the considerable time and
effort he has used in this position.
