Oslo, Norway, 8 May 2023: The board of directors of Norsk Titanium AS ("Norsk
Titanium" or the "Company") has received a notification of resignation from the
board member Steve D. Geskos with immediate effect.
Until recently, Mr. Geskos was a Managing Partner of Rose Park Advisors, one of
the Company's largest shareholders. Upon his resignation from Rose Park
Advisors, Mr. Geskos advised the Company that he would also be resigning from
the board of directors of Norsk Titanium.
The remaining board members of Norsk Titanium will constitute the board of
directors after Steve Geskos' resignation until the annual general meeting of
the company in 2023.
Further to the above, Mr. Geskos will not stand for re-election at the upcoming
annual general meeting as previously stated in the notice. The nomination
committee has been informed of Mr. Geskos resignation and it is sought to
present a replacement at the latest in the general meeting.
