NOL: Large Shareholding Disclosure

As a result of the new share capital registered on 14 October 2026 in Northern
Ocean, Ltd (ticker NOL NO) (the "Company"), whereby the Company issued
105,547,756 shares (the "New Shares"), Adage Capital Partner's, L.P. a fund
managed by Adage Capital Management, LP (the "Manager") fell below the 5%
reportable threshold of the voting rights and share capital in the Company.
The Manager remains in control of a total of 18,792,674 shares, however after
the issuance of the New Shares, that corresponds to 4.5974% of the votes and
shares outstanding.
