Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement on 8 December 2020
by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (the "Company") regarding conversion of vendor debt
to equity by the issue of a total of 18,778,583 new shares in the Company. <br

The Company has today registered the share capital increase pertaining to the
vendor conversion in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.:
Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 371,935,784.70
divided into 3,719,357,847 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10. <br />

The new shares will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and will be tradable
when recorded in the VPS which is expected to take place today.<br />
