Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norwegian
Block Exchange AS (the "Company") 10 December 2024, regarding the final results
of the rights issue (the "Rights Issue"). 

The Board of Directors has allocated 1 851 851 shares to Play Capital AS, a
company closely associated with Rony Solaiman, who is a board member in the
Company. 

Please see the attached notifications of trade for information regarding the
allocation of shares in the Rights Issue.
