Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norwegian
Block Exchange AS (the "Company") 21 November 2024, regarding the notice of an
Extraordinary General Meeting. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the record date for shareholder eligibility to
participate and vote at the meeting will be based on shares held on the accounts
as at 29.11.2024.
