Oslo, Norge, 27. august 2020: Det vises til børsmeldingen av 23. august der
Norwegian Property ASA ("NPRO" eller "Selskapet") kunngjorde at styret i
selskapet hadde besluttet å øke selskapets aksjekapital gjennom en rettet
emisjon på 97.477.857 nye aksjer (den "Rettede Emisjonen").

Kapitalforhøyelsen knyttet til den Rettede Emisjonen har nå blitt registrert i
Foretaksregistret. Selskapets nye aksjekapital er NOK 298.676.726,50 fordelt på
597.353.453 aksjer, hver pålydende NOK 0,50.

De nye aksjene utstedt i den Rettede Emisjonen vil bli notert og omsettelige på
Oslo Børs i dag.
