Geveran Trading Co Limited ("Geveran"), which is indirectly controlled by trusts
established by John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has on
22nd May 2020 purchased 300,259 shares in Norwegian Property ASA ("Norwegian
Property") at a price of NOK 11.0999 per share. As a result, Geveran's ownership
in Norwegian Property has increased to 399,155,839 shares, constituting 79.85%
of the shares and votes in the company.
The foregoing calculation is based on 499,875,596 outstanding shares in
Norwegian Property.
Geveran does not hold other rights to shares in Norwegian Property. This
information is subject to the disclosure requirements set out in section 4-2 of
