Oslo, Norway, May 16, 2022 - Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting
(AGM) in Nykode Therapeutics AS held on May 12, 2022, where the grant of share
options to certain members of the Board was approved. A total of 425,000 share
options with a strike price of NOK 31.90 per share have been granted in line
with the terms set out in the minutes from the AGM.
Further, a total of 1,450,987 share options have been granted to employees of
Nykode Therapeutics AS under the company's share option scheme, of which 839,646
share options have been granted to primary insiders. The share options will have
a strike price of NOK 34.99 per share, have a five-year term and will vest
equally over a four-year vesting period.
