NYKD: Mandatory notification of transaction

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Nykode
Therapeutics ASA (the "Company") regarding the successful placing of a private
placement and allocation to companies closely associated with primary insiders
of the Company, including Rasmussengruppen AS. Rasmussengruppen AS has today
made certain intra-group transfers of certain of the shares allocated in the
private placement to Portia AS and Cressida AS as further described in the
attached forms.
