Oslo, Norway, April 23, 2025 - An Extraordinary General Meeting of Nykode
Therapeutics ASA was held on April 23, 2025. All proposed resolutions on the
agenda were approved in accordance with the notice for the meeting published on
April 2, 2025.

tolerance platform for the potential use in autoimmune disorders, organ
transplant rejections, anti-drug antibody reactions and allergy.
