Oslo, Norway, January 30, 2026 - Reference is made to the Extraordinary General
Meeting (EGM) in Nykode Therapeutics ASA held on January 21, 2026, where the
grant of share options to certain members of the Board was approved. A total of
600,000 share options with a strike price of NOK 7.00 per share have been
granted in accordance with the terms set out in the minutes from the EGM.
