OCEAN: COOL testing initiated

(Verdal, June 25, 2026) Ocean GeoLoop ASA (Ocean GeoLoop, OSE: OGL) has
initiated testing of the COOL technology.

Ocean GeoLoop ASA refers to previous communications regarding the development of
its COOL technology. An extensive test program is currently underway at the test
site at SINTEFŽs premises in Trondheim. The size of the cooling module tested is
relevant as one of several modules in a commercial cooling unit for data
centers. 

Final results remain subject to further testing, assessment and validation, and
third party validated results are expected by primo September. The Company will
update the market when these results have been assessed.
